Psi Chi Honor Society

Building relationships that advance psychology.

Psi Chi is the National Honor Society in Psychology, founded in 1929 for the purposes of encouraging, stimulating, and maintaining excellence in scholarship, and advancing the science of psychology. The Department of Psychology has its own chapter - Psi Chi, UH Mānoa Chapter.

Psi Chi members at UH Mānoa participate in academic activities that further students within the University and within the psychology community through professional networking. Members also engage in community service projects, and participate in a variety of social activities that cultivate valued friendship between psychology scholars.
